2007-08: Earned All-American honors in the men's 800 meters (7th place; 1:53.69) at the 2008 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field National Championships...Also earned All-American accolades at the Indoor Nationals as a member of CSM's second-place Distance Medley Relay team (10:02.32)...Named Second Team All-RMAC at the RMAC Indoor Championships in the 800m run and 4x400m relay...Earned First Team All-RMAC honors in the 4x400m relay at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Garnered Second Team All-RMAC laurels in the 800m run at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Helped lead the CSM men to a tie for eighth place at the 2008 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships...Earned All-American honors with his seventh-place finish in the 800m run (1:51.63) at the 2008 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships... 2006-07: Won the 800m event at the 2007 RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...A member of CSM's second-place 4x400m relay team that earned Second Team All-RMAC ...Competed in two races for the CSM cross country team...A member of the CSM cross country squad that finished seventh at the 2006 NCAA Division II National Championships.

2004-05: Attended Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado.

2003-04: Attended the University of Colorado.

High School: Competed in track & field, cross country and swimming...Earned All-Conference honors in both cross country and track & field...Was named the Jeffco MVP his junior year in cross country.
