2007-08: Competed in all six races for the CSM cross country team ...A member of CSM's 2007 cross country team that finished seventh at the NCAA Division II National Championships...Was the Orediggers' third-best runner at the national meet, finishing 43rd... Finished 26th at Regionals and 19th at the RMAC Cross Country Championships...Earned First Team Academic All-RMAC honors in cross country...Named to the USTFCCCA All-Academic team...Competed on the Orediggers' track & field squad...Earned Second Team Academic All-RMAC recognition during the outdoor season...Garnered recognition on the Academic All-RMAC Honor Roll during the indoor season...Qualified for the Dean's List.

2006-07: Redshirted during his freshman season at Mines.

High School: Earned four letters in track & field and two in cross country...Named the male Student-Athlete of the Year as a senior...Earned All-Conference in cross country as a senior.
