2006-07: A member of the 2006 CSM cross country team that finished seventh at the NCAA Division II National Championships...Earned All-American honors with his 32nd-place finish (30:26)...An Academic All-American...Qualified for the Dean's List...An Academic All-RMAC performer during the 2007 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons and the 2006 cross country season.

2005-06: A member of the 2005 CSM cross country team that finished sixth at the NCAA Division II National Championships...An Academic All-RMAC performer during the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.

2004-05: Redshirted at CSM...An Academic All-RMAC performer during the 2004 cross country season and 2005 outdoor track & field season.

2003-04: Competed in three races for the CSM cross country team.
