2007-08: Member of the CSM cross country team that placed seventh at the 2007 NCAA Division II National Championships.

2006-07: Competed in one race for the CSM cross country team.

2005-06: Redshirted at CSM...Attended Front Range C.C. during the 2005 fall semester.

High School: Competed in basketball, track & field and cross country...Earned five total letters ...Member of the WHS 4x800m relay team that won a State title his sophomore year...A three-time First Team All-Conference honoree in cross country....A four-time All-Conference selection in track & field.
