2007-08: Competed in five races for the CSM cross country team...A member of the 2007 CSM cross country team that finished seventh at the NCAA Division II National Championships...Was CSM's fourth-best runner at the NCAA Division II National Championships (45th place)...Finished 25th at Regionals and 11th at the RMAC Championships...Finished 10th (26:53) at the CU Time Trial...Placed eighth (25:25) at the Woody Greeno Invitational.

2006-07: Redshirted in cross country and indoor track & field.

2005-06: A member of the 2005 CSM cross country team that finished sixth at the NCAA Division II National Championships (117th overall)...Placed 49th at Regionals and 32nd at the RMAC Championships...Redshirted in outdoor track & field.

High School: Earned three letters in both cross country and track & field...State champion in the 4x800m relay his senior year...DHS cross country team won the State title his freshman, sophomore and junior years...Led the D'Evelyn track & field squad to a State title in 2004.
