2007-08: Garnered Second Team All-RMAC honors in the 5,000m run at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...A First Team All-RMAC performer in the 5,000m run at the RMAC Indoor Championships ...Competed in five races for the cross country team...Was a member of the 2007 CSM cross country team that finished seventh at NCAA Division II Nationals...Earned All-American honors with his 45th-place finish... Earned All-Region accolades with his 15th-place finish at NCAA Division II Cross Country Regionals...Earned All-RMAC honors for his ninth-place finish (26:30) at the RMAC Cross Country Championships.

2006-07: Was a member of the Orediggers’ 2006 cross country team (finished 121st individually) that finished seventh at NCAA Division II Nationals.

2005-06: A member of the 2005 CSM Cross Country team (finished 82nd individually) that finished sixth at the NCAA Division II national meet.

2004-05: A member of the 2004 CSM men’s cross country team (finished 27th individually) that placed seventh at the NCAA Division II Regional Championships.

2003-04: Redshirted at CSM.

High School: Earned four letters in cross country and three in track & field...Captain and Team MVP of cross country squad his senior year...Led Gonzaga to the Jesuit Team Championship his final season.
