2006-07: An Academic All-RMAC performer during the 2007 indoor and outdoor track & field seasons and the 2006 cross country season.

2005-06: Was a member of the Orediggers' sixth-place squad at the NCAA Division II Cross Country National Championships...Finished 23rd at the RMAC Championships...An Academic All-RMAC performer during the indoor and outdoor track & field seasons.

2004-05: Ran in two races for the CSM cross country team as a freshman...An Academic All-RMAC performer during the 2004 cross country season.

2003-04: Redshirted at Mines.
