2007-08: Competed in all five races for the CSM cross country team ...Competed for the CSM track & field team...Finished 16th in the 1,500m run at the 2008 RMAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships...Garnered recognition on the Academic All-RMAC Honor Roll during the outdoor track & field season...Has qualified for the Dean's List and Honor Roll at CSM on numerous occasions.

2006-07: Competed in all five races for the CSM cross country team...Competed for the CSM track & field team...An Academic All-RMAC performer during the 2006 cross country and 2007 indoor track & field season.

2005-06: Competed in all five races for the CSM cross country team...Was a member of the CSM cross country team that placed fifth at the NCAA Division II National Championships ...Competed for the CSM track & field team...An Academic All-RMAC performer during the indoor track & field season.

2004-05: Competed in three races for the Orediggers' cross country team...Competed for the CSM track & field team.

High School: Competed in cross country, track & field and soccer...Earned four letters in cross country...Guided her cross country team to a State title in 2001...Recipient of the Unsung Hero Award in 2003...A member of the FHS State champion team her freshman year.
