2007-08: Earned All-American honors at the 2008 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field National Championships as a member of CSM's second-place Distance Medley Relay team (10:02.32)... Earned First Team All-RMAC honors in the 10,000m run at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Garnered First Team All-RMAC accolades in the 3,000m run at the RMAC Indoor Championships...Established a new CSM indoor school record in the 5,000m run (14:10.93)...Helped guide the Oredigger men to a tie for eighth place at the 2008 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships... Earned All-American honors in both the 10,000m run (third place; 29:26.83) and the 5,000m run (fifth place; 14:21.03) at the NCAA II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships... Established a new outdoor school record in the 10,000m run at the NCAA II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.

2006-07: Did not compete in indoor track & field...Was First Team All-RMAC in outdoor 5000m...Finished sixth in the 10,000m at Outdoor Nationals to earn All-American status...Broke the CSM school record in the 10,000 meters with a time of 29:33.60...Finished 17th overall while leading the Oredigger men to seventh place at the 2006 Cross Country Nationals.

2005-06: Earned All-American honors by placing eighth individually at the 2005 Cross Country Nationals (best-ever CSM men’s finish at Nationals in school history)...Guided the CSM men’s cross country team to a sixth-place finish at Nationals...Earned All-American honors in the DMR (fourth place) and the 5,000m (sixth place) at Indoor Nationals...Was a member of the record-breaking DMR team with a time of 9:57.14...Broke the CSM school record in the indoor 5k with a time of 14:26.85...Earned All-American honors at Outdoor Nationals in the 5,000m (sixth place) and the 10,000m (third place).

2004-05: A member of the 2004 CSM men’s cross country team (finished 22nd individually) that placed seventh at NCAA Division II Regionals...A member of CSM’s sixth-place All-American DMR team.
