2007-08: Redshirted in cross country...Competed on the Orediggers' track & field squad...Earned First Team All-RMAC honors in the 3,000m run at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Garnered Second Team All-RMAC honors in the 800m run at the RMAC Outdoor Championships...Took ninth place in the 3,000m run (10:07.51) at the 2008 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships...Qualified for the Dean's List.

2006-07: Competed in two races for the CSM cross country team before redshirting...A member of the Orediggers' track & field squad...Qualified for the Dean's List at CSM.

2005-06: Competed in all five races for the CSM women's cross country team...A member of the CSM cross country team that finished fifth at the 2005 National Championships (finished 74th overall)....A member of the Orediggers’ second-place Distance Medley Relay team, earning All-American honors...Finished ninth in the 1,500m run at the 2006 NCAA Division II Outdoor Track & Field National Championships.

2004-05: Competed in three races for the CSM women's cross country team...A member of CSM's 10th-place Distance Medley Relay Team that qualified for the 2005 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field National Championships.

High School: Earned three letters in cross country...A four-year letterwinner on the track & field team...Named MVP of the track & field team her senior year...A three-time letterwinner on the swimming & diving team...Member of the National Honor Society.
